Relatorios duplicados
Prezado cliente,
Hoje, por volta de 12h, identificamos uma instabilidade que fez com que chamadas enviadas aos nossos servicos fossem duplicadas. Isso fez com que relatorios criados, ou imagens de perfil enviadas atraves de nossa Plataforma, fossem replicadas várias vezes.
Alem disso, algumas funcionalidades, como acesso a ferramentas e criacao de relatorios, podem ter apresentado mensagens de erro ou tempo de carregamento maior do que o esperado.
Informamos que o problema já foi completamente corrigido e nossos servicos estao operando normalmente. No entanto, os relatorios e imagens gerados em excesso ainda sao exibidos em nossos sistemas.
Gostariamos de reforcar que nenhuma cobranca adicional será feita por estes relatorios. Nosso time de engenharia está avaliando a possibilidade de remover as entradas duplicadas, e traremos uma atualizacao em breve.

Service Instability Notice
Duplicated Reports
Dear Customer,
Today, at approximately 12 PM, we identified an instability that caused calls sent to our services to be duplicated. This resulted in created reports or profile pictures sent through our Platform being replicated multiple times.
Furthermore, some functionalities, such as signing in to our tools and creating reports, may have displayed error messages or taken longer-than-expected loading times.
We inform you that the issue has been completely resolved, and our services are operating normally. However, the excess reports and images that were generated are still visible in our systems.
We’d like to emphasize that no additional charges will be made for these reports. Our engineering team is assessing the possibility of removing the duplicate entries, and we will provide an update shortly.
As part of our commitment to transparency, we will soon share a detailed analysis of the incident.
